Small group cooking sessions in a purpose-built kitchen, participants will work singularly and in pairs to prepare, cook and serve a three-course meal which can be enjoyed at the end of the session, along with a glass of wine or soft drink in a friendly group atmosphere.
Employing classic and simple techniques, passionate chefs and educators will demonstrate, guide and encourage you as you become competent in the preparation and presentation of regional French and Italian dishes over the 4 hour class.
